I am passionate about helping students, educators, and families make better choices to live a better life. I created The Choose Well Program video library to do just that.

The Choose Well Program video library delivers a message that empowers participants to thrive in their school, home, and community. The videos are a supplement to any Social and Emotional Learning and Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports character education standards that are used at schools and organizations. No workbooks. Plug and play, no fuss SEL learning.

The learning focus in the videos is on self-awareness, self-management, responsible decision-making, relationship skills, and social awareness. There are a set of suggested questions and activities with each video that may be used for further discussion and/or writing prompts.
